PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

These principles of personal data processing have been outlined to protect the privacy of former, current, and prospective clients of AS Vallikraavi Kinnisvara. How Long Do We Store Personal Data?

We store personal data until the client requests its deletion. In that case, we will delete the client’s data from our database and discontinue sending further information. We do not store personal data longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing personal data or legal obligations.

What Are the Client’s Rights Regarding Their Personal Data?

In terms of personal data, the client has the following rights:

  • Access their personal data
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of data if there is no legal basis for storage
  • Request restriction of data processing under certain conditions
  • Object to data processing based on legitimate interest
  • Request the transfer of data to another service provider (if data is processed automatically and based on consent or a contract)
  • Withdraw previously given consent
  • Submit a complaint to the Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee)
