In the following, we describe our principles in terms of collecting, using, storing, sharing, and disclosing personal data in accordance with Estonian law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016\/679, GDPR).<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Personal Data Do We Collect and Why?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Personal data refers to any data voluntarily shared with us. Personal data may include your name, phone number, email address, postal address, and other information.<\/p>\n<p>We use personal data solely for the following purposes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing, signing, and fulfilling contracts<\/li>\n<li>Responding to client inquiries and maintaining communication<\/li>\n<li>Sending marketing materials and information (including offers and feedback requests)<\/li>\n<li>Providing warranty services<\/li>\n<li>Fulfilling accounting obligations<\/li>\n<li>Sending other information related to AS Vallikraavi Kinnisvara activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who Do We Share Personal Data With?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We do not share personal data with or disclose it to third parties without the client\u2019s consent, except in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Authorized processors have access to personal data to the extent necessary and are bound by confidentiality obligations (e.g. IT service providers)<\/li>\n<li>Notary offices involved in the preparation of apartment ownership contracts<\/li>\n<li>Banks issuing home loans to clients<\/li>\n<li>Contractors performing warranty-related work<\/li>\n<li>Interior furnishing providers (e.g. kitchen furniture suppliers)<\/li>\n<li>Legal obligations under Estonian law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How Long Do We Store Personal Data?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We store personal data until the client requests its deletion. In that case, we will delete the client\u2019s data from our database and discontinue sending further information.
